我(wo)國南方喀斯(si)特(te)(te)地(di)區(qu)人(ren)地(di)矛盾尖銳(rui),石漠化(hua)嚴重(zhong),其生(sheng)態保護(hu)與(yu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展研究在全(quan)球喀斯(si)特(te)(te)地(di)區(qu)具(ju)有 重(zhong)要代表性(xing)。草畜工程是喀斯(si)特(te)(te)生(sheng)態脆(cui)弱(ruo)區(qu)恢復與(yu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展研究的(de)(de)重(zhong)要組成(cheng)部分,是快速修復受損(sun)生(sheng)態環境和發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展經濟(ji)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要舉措。但隨著養(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)產(chan)業規模的(de)(de)無序(xu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展以及氣候反常、農(nong)戶養(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)水(shui)平(ping)低下等因素(su)影(ying)響,畜禽出現耐熱抗(kang)寒性(xing)差(cha)、抗(kang)疫性(xing)降低等問(wen)題,給養(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)者造(zao)成(cheng)了較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)經濟(ji)損(sun)失。雖(sui)然(ran)抗(kang)生(sheng)素(su)、激素(su)等添加劑和化(hua)學藥物(wu)(wu)(wu)因能很好的(de)(de)解(jie)決這些問(wen)題,但抗(kang)生(sheng)素(su)類添加劑的(de)(de)濫用(yong),極易導致畜禽產(chan)品的(de)(de)藥物(wu)(wu)(wu)殘(can)(can)留,通過食物(wu)(wu)(wu)傳(chuan)遞危(wei)害人(ren)體(ti)健(jian)康(kang)。同(tong)時,畜禽糞便中(zhong)的(de)(de)殘(can)(can)留物(wu)(wu)(wu),也會對土壤和水(shui)體(ti)造(zao)成(cheng)二(er)次污染,嚴重(zhong)干(gan)擾生(sheng)態脆(cui)弱(ruo)區(qu)的(de)(de)系統穩定性(xing)。鑒(jian)于上(shang)述(shu)情況(kuang),喀斯(si)特(te)(te)地(di)區(qu)畜牧業發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展迫切(qie)要求找到安全(quan)有效的(de)(de)飼料添加提升家(jia)畜的(de)(de)抗(kang)疫性(xing)。

1 中草藥飼料添加劑特點及功能性分類
1.1 特點

2. 5 在鴿養殖中的應用
試驗表明,中草藥飼料添加劑可提高鴿的生產性能,增加產肉率、繁殖率等。趙鳳至等在乳鴿 日糧中添加0.1%的中草藥飼料添加劑(冰片、黃芪、黨參、甘草等) ,結果采食量分別高于抗生素組和對照組 6.74% 和 7.78%,翅膀率高于抗生素組11. 75% ,腿肌率高于對照組和抗生素組 9.01% 和 8.51%,同時對內臟器官的發育也有促進作用。機理分析表明,中草藥有效改善了乳鴿的食欲和消化 吸收能力,同時也增強了機體的免疫力。付勝勇等研究中草藥飼料添加劑對乳鴿生長性能的影響,結果發現,蒲公英和甘草流浸膏飼料添加可以促進胃腺和肌胃發育,不僅能起到和金霉素預混劑相當的促生長效果,而且對肝臟損傷小。陳樹霞等以肉鴿和種鴿為研究對象,在鴿的飲水中分別加入不同配比的中草藥制劑(秦皮、樗白皮、款冬花、雪膽等),有效防治了多種疾病和寄生蟲,并增強了食欲和消化能力,各中草藥組日增重均大于對照組,但中草藥組間差異不顯著。艾國良等研究催情中草藥對鴿繁殖性能的影像發現,種鴿日糧中添加由當歸、女貞籽、熟地、益母草等組成的中草藥飼料添加劑,可以提高生殖系統機能,并提供多種營養物質。使孵化率和仔鴿成活率提高 3% 左右,同時縮短產蛋周期 4 ~ 5 d。趙鳳至等在白羽王鴿種鴿日糧中分別添加 0.1% 的中草藥飼料添加劑(冰片、黃芪、半夏、金銀花等) 和抗生素(90% 強力霉素 46 mg· kg-1和10%氟苯尼考100mg·kg-1),結果(guo)表明(ming)產(chan)蛋率(lv)和(he)對照(zhao)組(zu)相(xiang)同,但(dan)高于(yu)(yu)抗(kang)生(sheng)素(su)組(zu)7.5% ;受精率(lv)分別高于(yu)(yu)對照(zhao)組(zu)和(he)抗(kang)生(sheng)素(su)組(zu) 5.53% 和(he) 2.96%。相(xiang)關(guan)性分析表明(ming),中草藥雖未對產(chan)蛋性能產(chan)生(sheng)影響,但(dan)身體機能的改善和(he)營養物質的增(zeng)加,有益于(yu)(yu)提高受精率(lv)。
此外,中(zhong)草(cao)藥(yao)(yao)飼料(liao)(liao)添(tian)加劑也(ye)有(you)利(li)于增強鴿(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)免(mian)疫(yi)力和抗(kang)病(bing)(bing)性。趙炳凱發現,日糧(liang)中(zhong)添(tian)加由連 翹、黃芩、黃芪、黨參等(deng)組成的(de)(de)中(zhong)草(cao)藥(yao)(yao)飼料(liao)(liao)添(tian)加劑,可以增加白細胞的(de)(de)吞(tun)噬(shi)能(neng)力,促(cu)進血清抗(kang)體的(de)(de)產生,進而(er)增強肉鴿(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)免(mian)疫(yi)力,達到抑(yi)制鴿(ge)(ge)I型(xing)副粘病(bing)(bing)毒(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。范建華等(deng)以感染新城(cheng)疫(yi)的(de)(de)肉鴿(ge)(ge)為對象(xiang),日糧(liang)中(zhong)添(tian)加由蒼術(shu)、厚(hou)樸、山楂等(deng)組成的(de)(de)中(zhong)草(cao)藥(yao)(yao)飼料(liao)(liao)添(tian)加劑,有(you)效(xiao)緩解因長(chang)期服用(yong)抗(kang)生素(su)造成的(de)(de)免(mian)疫(yi)力低(di)下問(wen)題(ti),降低(di)了鴿(ge)(ge)子的(de)(de)總發病(bing)(bing)率和死亡率。
2.6在水產養(yang)殖中(zhong)的應用
研究發(fa)現(xian),中(zhong)(zhong)草(cao)(cao)藥(yao)飼料(liao)添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)可增加(jia)水(shui)生(sheng)動物采(cai)食(shi)量(liang),促進機(ji)體生(sheng)長,改(gai)善肉(rou)品質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。陳思(si)航研 究中(zhong)(zhong)草(cao)(cao)藥(yao)對鯽魚誘食(shi)及生(sheng)長的(de)(de)影(ying)響,在(zai)飼料(liao)中(zhong)(zhong)分別添(tian)加(jia) 8% 、16% 和 32% 的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)草(cao)(cao)藥(yao)飼料(liao)添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji),結果表(biao)明隨(sui)著中(zhong)(zhong)草(cao)(cao)藥(yao)飼料(liao)添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)含量(liang)的(de)(de)升高鯽魚采(cai)食(shi)量(liang)也(ye)隨(sui)之增加(jia)。藥(yao)理分析表(biao)明,這(zhe)種(zhong)情(qing)況與藥(yao)物中(zhong)(zhong)活(huo)性(xing)成分的(de)(de)濃(nong)度(du)有關,濃(nong)度(du)越高越有利于增加(jia)食(shi)欲(yu),加(jia)快(kuai)機(ji)體營養物質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)代謝。李金龍(long)等(deng)研究發(fa)現(xian),在(zai)黃(huang)(huang)鱔飼料(liao)中(zhong)(zhong)添(tian)加(jia) 1% ~ 2% 的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)草(cao)(cao)藥(yao)飼料(liao)添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)(當(dang)歸、白術(shu)、大黃(huang)(huang)、黃(huang)(huang)芪等(deng)),可以(yi)顯著提高黃(huang)(huang)鱔的(de)(de)生(sheng)長性(xing)能,并(bing)能有效(xiao)降低(di)粗(cu)脂(zhi)肪含量(liang)、提高粗(cu)蛋(dan)白質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)含量(liang),改(gai)善肉(rou)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。相關性(xing)分析發(fa)現(xian),這(zhe)些(xie)藥(yao)物具有增食(shi)促消(xiao)化(hua)的(de)(de)功效(xiao),同時所(suo)含黃(huang)(huang)酮類(lei)、多糖類(lei)活(huo)性(xing)物質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)又(you)能調(diao)節糖類(lei)和脂(zhi)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)代謝。
相關研究也(ye)表明,中草(cao)藥(yao)(yao)飼料添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)(ji)可(ke)提(ti)(ti)高水(shui)產動(dong)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)免(mian)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)力(li),增加(jia)抗病(bing)性(xing)。周顯青等(deng)研究發 現,黃芪(qi)能(neng)夠有效(xiao)調整酸(suan)應激(ji)導致的(de)(de)(de)(de)中華(hua)鱉幼鱉內分泌(mi)功能(neng)紊亂狀態(tai),并提(ti)(ti)高血(xue)細胞的(de)(de)(de)(de)吞噬能(neng)力(li),對應激(ji)狀態(tai)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)免(mian)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)力(li)低下起保護作(zuo)用(yong)。劉波等(deng)[在(zai)(zai)建鯉(li)基礎日(ri)糧(liang)中添(tian)加(jia) 2.0% 的(de)(de)(de)(de)大黃蒽醌(kun)提(ti)(ti)取物,顯著降(jiang)(jiang)低了建鯉(li)血(xue)液中的(de)(de)(de)(de)皮質醇含(han)量,提(ti)(ti)高抗應激(ji)能(neng)力(li)。曲木等(deng)在(zai)(zai)黃顙魚(yu)日(ri)糧(liang)中分別添(tian)加(jia) 0.2% 和 0.4% 的(de)(de)(de)(de)中草(cao)藥(yao)(yao)飼料添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)(ji)(黃芪(qi)、黨參和野菊花) ,結(jie)果表 明添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)(ji)量均可(ke)顯著提(ti)(ti)高機體血(xue)清中補體 C3 和 C4 含(han)量,增強(qiang)機體免(mian)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)能(neng)力(li)。Tang 等(deng)實(shi)驗發現,在(zai)(zai)羅非魚(yu)日(ri)糧(liang)中添(tian)加(jia)由黃芪(qi)、山楂、當歸、金(jin)銀花等(deng)組 成的(de)(de)(de)(de)中草(cao)藥(yao)(yao)飼料添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)(ji),可(ke)以顯著增加(jia)溶菌(jun)(jun)酶的(de)(de)(de)(de)表達量,有效(xiao)降(jiang)(jiang)低嗜水(shui)氣單(dan)胞菌(jun)(jun)引起的(de)(de)(de)(de)死亡(wang)。
3 中草(cao)藥飼料添加劑開發利用存在的問題(ti)及解(jie)決(jue)對(dui)策(ce)
3.1存在問題
缺(que)乏(fa)統一的(de)(de)(de)開發和(he)應用標(biao)準。目前在國內中(zhong)草藥(yao)(yao)(yao)飼料(liao)添加(jia)(jia)劑在審(shen)批和(he)管理環節中(zhong)被歸入藥(yao)(yao)(yao)物(wu)類飼料(liao)添加(jia)(jia)劑,但是(shi)由(you)于(yu)受藥(yao)(yao)(yao)物(wu)產地、采收時節和(he)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝的(de)(de)(de)影響,中(zhong)草藥(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)理藥(yao)(yao)(yao)性及(ji)其對生物(wu)體的(de)(de)(de)作用 都存在較大差異,尚無有效的(de)(de)(de)手段進(jin)行原料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)效檢測和(he)產品的(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)控制(zhi),因此在研發、生產和(he)監察中(zhong)還未制(zhi)定出規范的(de)(de)(de)國家標(biao)準。
加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)落(luo)后,利用(yong)效(xiao)率低(di)。由于加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)粗糙,制造設備(bei)落(luo)后,中(zhong)草藥(yao)(yao)飼(si)料(liao)添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑的成品比(bi)較(jiao)單一(yi),以(yi)粉(fen)劑類成品為主(zhu)。簡單的機械粉(fen)碎(sui)并(bing)不(bu)能破壞植物類中(zhong)草藥(yao)(yao)的細胞壁,飼(si)喂中(zhong)直接(jie)影響生(sheng)物體對藥(yao)(yao)物成分的吸(xi)收。因此實際生(sheng)產(chan)應用(yong)中(zhong)添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑用(yong)量較(jiao)大,一(yi)般含量在 1.0% 及以(yi)上(shang),利用(yong)效(xiao)率較(jiao)低(di)。此外,粉(fen)劑類添(tian)(tian)加(jia)劑也不(bu)便于運輸和(he)存儲。
研究方(fang)向單(dan)一,配伍(wu)不科學。目前在國內的(de)(de)相(xiang)關(guan)研究中(zhong),中(zhong)草藥飼料添加劑(ji)開發(fa)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)主流方(fang)向 是對畜禽生(sheng)產的(de)(de)有利(li)影響,毒副作用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)相(xiang)關(guan)報道較少乃至沒(mei)有。同時中(zhong)草藥飼料添加劑(ji)的(de)(de)配方(fang)也存在很大(da)的(de)(de)不合理(li)性(xing),或(huo)傳(chuan)承自古方(fang)記載或(huo)根據實(shi)際生(sheng)產需要根據藥物功效組方(fang),忽略了藥物成分的(de)(de)復雜(za)性(xing),缺乏對生(sheng)物體作用(yong)(yong)機理(li)的(de)(de)深層次研究。
3.2解決對策
培(pei)養相(xiang)關(guan)科研(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)作者,加強(qiang)中(zhong)草藥試驗(yan)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),為制(zhi)定(ding)標(biao)準(zhun)規(gui)范提供依據。重視對相(xiang)關(guan)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)人員的培(pei)養,為中(zhong)草藥飼(si)(si)料添加劑的研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)、生產(chan)提供充足的智力支持(chi)。借助于(yu)生物(wu)科學技術(shu)和(he)(he)(he)(he)現代儀器(qi)設備(bei),對不同產(chan)地、采收(shou)時節和(he)(he)(he)(he)加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝的藥物(wu)進行成分(fen)測(ce)(ce)定(ding)、互作研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、毒副(fu)作用研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、動物(wu)實驗(yan)等(deng)。歸納(na)總結研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)、生產(chan)的理論基礎(chu)和(he)(he)(he)(he)控(kong)制(zhi)規(gui)范,提出行之有效的檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)手段(duan)。在此(ci)基礎(chu)上(shang)制(zhi)定(ding)中(zhong)草藥飼(si)(si)料添加劑研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)、生產(chan)和(he)(he)(he)(he)評價標(biao)準(zhun),盡早實現行業的標(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)和(he)(he)(he)(he)規(gui)范化(hua)。
